Reiki is an ancient practice of laying of hands which originated in Japan . Reiki can be defined most simply as a non-physical healing energy (“Ki”) guided by Higher Intelligence (“Rei”). The Reiki Practitioner is merely the channel for this healing energy, which by its very nature can mysteriously identify where it is needed – whether on the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level.

For those unfamiliar with Reiki, a session usually lasts an hour and is conducted on a massage table with the client fully clothed. The Reiki Practitioner uses various hand positions in laying of hands, directly on the body or if the client prefers, several inches away from the body but still in the individual’s energy field. “I am excited about supporting Corpo’s mission of holistic wellness and, through Reiki, helping each individual realize greater mind body spirit health. Whether you’re addressing specific health or lifestyle concerns, or just needing a peaceful break from the day’s stresses, I encourage you to call for information.”

Helping others is my passion, and I am delighted to have found my calling the second time around! My goal is to make everyone feel beautiful and healthy from the inside out. I have been an avid proponent of Ayurveda and its wholesome, rejuvenating effects since 2001. I have been specially trained to offer Ayurvedic massage and bodywork. Ayurveda recognizes massage therapy as a vital component of maintaining balance and health, and provides advanced anti-aging techniques for achieving longevity. As a whole, Ayurveda provides time-tested protocols for living a richer life according to a person's unique body constitution.
I incorporate all that I have learned throughout the last ten years of my life to support each individual uniquely. My hope is that through the regular practice of awareness and healing touch, we can each find wholeness, enrichment and inner peace.
